The third New SI workshop was held in Khorasan Razavi in order to promote the redefinition of the New SI with the collaboration of Faculty of physics and Khorasan Razavi Standards Office in Imam Ali Educational Center on 30th December 2018. The heads of physics teachers from 32 Provinces of Iran attended the meeting.
In this workshop, Khosro Madanipour, NMCI President, defined metrology and its applications in daily life, then outlined the promotion of this important topic in education, especially at high school levels and descripted the national and international structures of metrology and its objectives for audiences as well.
Alireza Jamie, General Director of Khorasan Razavi Standards office, Dr. Saberi, Deputy of Secondary Education, Dr. Khalili Borujeni, author of educational books on Physical Sciences and Dr. Amani Tehrani, Director of the Compilation of Elementary and Secondary educational books were attended the meeting.
