BIPM – TUBITAK UME Project Placements- 2018
Under the “TÜBİTAK UME – BIPM Project Placements” program, TÜBİTAK UME offers ten selected metrologists from countries that have either newly signed the CIPM MRA or have the prospect of doing so in the near term the opportunity to perform research in TÜBİTAK UME laboratories for periods ranging from one month to three months.
Within the application period for 2018 term of the program, a total of 58 applications from 23 countries were received. After the evaluation of the applications, 10 metrologists were accepted to participate in the first terms of the program which began on April 2, 2018.
Ms. Shima Zanganeh from the National Metrology Center of Iran was one of the 10 metrologist accepted by BIPM and TÜBİTAK-UME. The title of her project was "The Application of Measurement Standards in Different Conditions." A brief report of her project is available on the BIPM website at the following link:
