“OIC/SMIIC 10:2019, Saffron (Crocus sativus L.) – Specifications and Test Methods” Standard development has been completed by Technical Committee 6 / Agricultural Products.

OIC/SMIIC 10:2019 standard establishes specifications for dried saffron obtained from a portion of the pistils of Crocus sativus L. flowers. It applies to saffron with the following forms: filaments cut filaments, powder and has been published on 19 August 2019
